NEWS!

We're proud to introduce our newest menu items, sausage links and barbecue beans! (Check the menu on the left.)

The sausages have been around for a few weeks already, and they're a big hit. We'll be featuring them on a bi-weekly basis (more or less, as with all things Sneaky). The links we currently feature are of the kielbasa type, and word on the street is that there may be an andouille recipe in the works, as well. Keep your ear to the ground...

The beans are brand-new as of this week's smoke. We concocted the recipe in our Sneaky lab as bullets whizzed by (literally). After some tinkering, we're happy to unveil them to the public. Pinto beans meet bacon and pulled pork in a bath of sauce and spices. Yes.

Also worth noting: spare ribs are back, and on a semi-regular basis. Numbers will be limited when they're available, as these things are absolute monsters and take up a ton of space in the smoker, so be aware. These are collector's edition, for sure.

We will be taking a couple of weeks off during the end of March and the beginning of April. Also, we'll be hosting an event in the next couple of months, so keep an eye out for more information as the details are confirmed. Thank you all for your support. We hope to see you soon.
