Sneaky's schedule for October 13th through October 19th.

Hey, everyone.  I hope you're all well.  It's business as usual this week, with one small exception: from Tuesday, October 7th, through Monday, October 27th, the normal Sneaky's phone number (415.913.9533) will be out of commission, as I'm doing some traveling.  Not to fear, though, as all of your orders can still be placed via email, and I will follow up either electronically, or I'll have Walker (new to the team, and quite good at what he does) follow up with a phone call.  Speaking of Walker, I've been working with him for a little while now, in preparation for this trip, to make sure that Sneaky's is in good hands while I'm away.  Any and all orders, and big and small, are still fair game, so have at it.  Make a small order for just yourself, or some friends and family; make a giant order for your company's lunch, post-season baseball watching (let's go, Giants), or football parties.  Speaking of football, with the season in full swing, make sure to make Sneaky's a part of your NFL enjoyment.  The chilled home deliveries are a great option, and catering is always available.  Get in touch.

Here's what's happening with Sneaky's this week:

Monday, October 13th (TODAY): pop-up at The Residence (14th Street and Market), with food service from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 14th: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with food service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. (Vinyl hosts their weekly trivia night.)
Wednesday, October 15th: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with food service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Friday, October 17th: chilled deliveries to San Francisco, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (No Oakland deliveries this week.)

Here's this week's delivery menu:

Mains:
Pulled pork - smoked pork shoulder, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($14.00/pint)
Baby-back ribs - dry-rubbed and smoked ($25.00/rack, $13.00/half)
Brisket - dry-rubbed Creekstone brisket, sliced thickly from the whole ($19.00/pound)
Chicken - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($15.00/whole, $8.00/half)
Wings - whole air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($11.00/half-dozen, $20.00/dozen)
Pork belly - dry-rubbed Kurobuta pork belly, smoked to perfection ($13.00/10-oz. [pre-cooked] piece)
Smoked jackfruit (vegan BBQ) - rubbed, smoked, and shredded jackfruit, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($10.00/pint)
 
Sides:
Shells and cheese ($8.00/pint)
Baked beans ($8.00/pint)
Collard greens ($8.00/pint)
Cole slaw ($6.00/pint)
Corn bread by Hot Mess Baking ($8.00/6" tin)

Sauces:
BBQ - traditional, thin, vinegar-pepper ($5.00/pint)
SC Mustard - traditional, sweet, tangy ($6.00/pint)
Spicy BBQ -
Sneaky's BBQ sauce blended with smoked jalapenos and habaneros ($8.00/pint)
Suffer - Sneaky's BBQ sauce blended with smoked habaneros ($10.00/pint)(Please note that each serving of meat will be accompanied by a small side of sauce, unless pints of sauce are ordered.)

Regarding weekly home deliveries
: the food will be delivered chilled, with reheating instructions provided upon request. Delivery will take place between the hours listed above, and will go to your home, office, friend's house, park, wherever you want, as long as it's in San Francisco. Here's what you need to do: read the menu below, respond to this email with your order (ASAP), provide your planned method of payment, your delivery address, your phone number, and a 2-hour window for your delivery time. I will respond to your email to confirm your order, and you will receive your delivery on the designated day. If there are any other important details, please let me know in your email.

Regarding catering (or, all orders that are not of the once-a-week, chilled variety): the food will be delivered hot and ready to eat.  I ask for at least 48-hours' notice, but I may be able to accommodate an order with less time.  To be safe, the more notice, the better.  I work off of the same menu listed above, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.  All hot deliveries may request a specific delivery time (the 2-hour delivery window is only necessary for planning the delivery schedule for chilled food). 

Regarding dine-in service: Though I offer dinner services at various bars, I do not have a brick-and-mortar location at the moment.  The address listed on Yelp is for my commissary kitchen.  Please do not show up, looking to sit down and eat.  I don't want you to waste your time.  If you're looking to do something like that, please consult my weekly calendar for any pop-up dates.  I appreciate all of the interest, and I don't want to lead people astray.
