Sneaky's schedule for December 8th through December 14th.

Hey, everybody.  I hope this finds you well.  We've got a special pop-up happening tonight (Monday) at The Residence, collaborating with Bandar Foods, purveyors of fine Indian-inspired sauces.  Come give our special dishes a shot, like smoked wings dressed in Spicy Mango sauce or smoked brisket with Tangy Tamarind sauce, or get any number of Sneaky's classic dishes.  We also have a new dish for you vegans and vegetarians (or your vegan and vegetarian friends), smoked seitan.  Packed with protein, with a satisfying bite, it's a great complement to the rest of our vegan and vegetarian menu.  It's listed below, on our delivery menu.  Speaking of deliveries: get excited, Oakland, because we aren't neglecting you this week.  It's been a while since we've seen you, and we apologize.  Delivery information, and the rest of this week's schedule, are below.  Lastly, we're finally on Instagram, so if that's your thing, follow us at sneakysbbq.  Okay, that's it.  Enjoy your week, and check out this week's Sneaky happenings:
Monday, December 8th: special collaborative pop-up with Bandar Foods at The Residence (14th Street and Market Street), with food service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Tuesday, December 9th
: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with food service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. (Vinyl hosts their weekly trivia night.)


Wednesday, December 10th: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with food service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Friday, December 12th: chilled deliveries to San Francisco, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; chilled deliveries to Oakland, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Pulled pork - smoked pork shoulder, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($14.00/pint)
Baby-back ribs - dry-rubbed and smoked ($25.00/rack, $13.00/half)
Brisket - dry-rubbed Creekstone brisket, sliced thickly from the whole ($19.00/pound)
Chicken - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($15.00/whole, $8.00/half)
Pulled chicken (NEW) - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed, smoked, and dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($12.00/pint)
Wings - whole air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($11.00/half-dozen, $20.00/dozen)
Pork belly - dry-rubbed Kurobuta pork belly, smoked to perfection ($13.00/10-oz. [pre-cooked] piece)

Regarding weekly home deliveries
: the food will be delivered chilled, with reheating instructions provided upon request. Delivery will take place between the hours listed above, and will go to your home, office, friend's house, park, wherever you want, as long as it's in San Francisco. Here's what you need to do: read the menu below, respond to this email with your order (ASAP), provide your planned method of payment, your delivery address, your phone number, and a 2-hour window for your delivery time. I will respond to your email to confirm your order, and you will receive your delivery on the designated day. If there are any other important details, please let me know in your email.

Regarding catering (or, all orders that are not of the once-a-week, chilled variety): the food will be delivered hot and ready to eat.  I ask for at least 48-hours' notice, but I may be able to accommodate an order with less time.  To be safe, the more notice, the better.  I work off of the same menu listed above, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.  All hot deliveries may request a specific delivery time (the 2-hour delivery window is only necessary for planning the delivery schedule for chilled food). 

Regarding dine-in service: Though I offer dinner services at various bars, I do not have a brick-and-mortar location at the moment.  The address listed on Yelp is for my commissary kitchen.  Please do not show up, looking to sit down and eat.  I don't want you to waste your time.  If you're looking to do something like that, please consult my weekly calendar for any pop-up dates.  I appreciate all of the interest, and I don't want to lead people astray.
