Sneaky's schedule for September 29th through October 5th.

Hey, everyone.  I hope you all enjoyed the weekend.  We have a very special pop-up happening tonight at The Residence.  In conjunction with Stone Brewing Company, we are presenting a special Beer-BQ menu.  IPA-brined ribs, chicken, and wings, along with smoked porter baked beans, IPA-braised collard greens, and more, will be served tonight.  These items will also be made available, while supplies last, for Friday's deliveries, so don't fret if you can't make it out.  For those of you who can, expect a variety of special beer offerings from Stone, great BBQ (the regular menu will also be in effect), and (what should be) a great game between the Patriots and the Chiefs.  Heck, there's even going to be trivia at some point, though it'll probably start right as we begin to wrap up.  Come on out and say hi.

With football season in full swing, make sure to make Sneaky's a part of your NFL enjoyment.  The chilled home deliveries are a great option, and catering is always available.  Get in touch.

Lastly, some matter-of-fact news: I've had to increase my prices on certain items.  I know, it sucks, and I really wish I didn't have to do it, but certain items keep climbing in cost, and I have to reflect that in my menu.  I really appreciate all of the support I've received from all of you, and I would not be here if it weren't for my awesome customers.  Any and all price increases are just to reflect rising costs, and that will remain the case forever.  So, thanks for coming this far with me, and keep your fingers crossed that prices start to drop a bit.  In the meantime, here's what's happening with Sneaky's this week:

Monday, September 29th (TODAY): special Stone Brewing company collaborative pop-up at The Residence (14th Street and Market), with service from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, September 30th: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. (Vinyl hosts their weekly trivia night.)
Wednesday, October 1st: pop-up at Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar (Oak Street and Divisadero Street), with service from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Friday, October 3rd: chilled deliveries to San Francisco, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (No Oakland deliveries this week.)

Pulled pork - smoked pork shoulder, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($14.00/pint)
Baby-back ribs - dry-rubbed and smoked ($25.00/rack, $13.00/half)
Stone Levitation baby-back ribs - brined in IPA, rubbed, and smoked ($25.00/rack, $13.00/half)
Brisket - dry-rubbed Creekstone brisket, sliced thickly from the whole ($19.00/pound)
Chicken - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($15.00/whole, $8.00/half)
Wings - whole air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($11.00/half-dozen, $20.00/dozen)
Stone Ruination wings - whole wings brined in IPA, rubbed, and smoked (11.00/half-dozen, $20.00/dozen)
Pork belly - dry-rubbed Kurobuta pork belly, smoked to perfection ($13.00/10-oz. [pre-cooked] piece)
Smoked jackfruit (vegan BBQ) - rubbed, smoked, and shredded jackfruit, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($10.00/pint)
Shells and cheese - $8.00/pint

Sneaky's BBQ sauce blended with smoked jalapenos and habaneros ($8.00/pint)
Suffer - Sneaky's BBQ sauce blended with smoked habaneros ($10.00/pint)
(Please note that each serving of meat will be accompanied by a small side of sauce, unless pints of sauce are ordered.)

Regarding weekly home deliveries
: the food will be delivered chilled, with reheating instructions provided upon request. Delivery will take place between the hours listed above, and will go to your home, office, friend's house, park, wherever you want, as long as it's in San Francisco. Here's what you need to do: read the menu below, respond to this email with your order (ASAP), provide your planned method of payment, your delivery address, your phone number, and a 2-hour window for your delivery time. I will respond to your email to confirm your order, and you will receive your delivery on the designated day. If there are any other important details, please let me know in your email.

Regarding catering (or, all orders that are not of the once-a-week, chilled variety): the food will be delivered hot and ready to eat.  I ask for at least 48-hours' notice, but I may be able to accommodate an order with less time.  To be safe, the more notice, the better.  I work off of the same menu listed above, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.  All hot deliveries may request a specific delivery time (the 2-hour delivery window is only necessary for planning the delivery schedule for chilled food). 

Regarding dine-in service: Though I offer dinner services at various bars, I do not have a brick-and-mortar location at the moment.  The address listed on Yelp is for my commissary kitchen.  Please do not show up, looking to sit down and eat.  I don't want you to waste your time.  If you're looking to do something like that, please consult my weekly calendar for any pop-up dates.  I appreciate all of the interest, and I don't want to lead people astray.
