Sneaky's weekly schedule for March 23rd through March 29th.

Hello, everybody.  This email is going out way, way too late.  My apologies.  Let's get down to it.  As I write, we are serving at Vinyl, so get on over there., everyone.  As always, Sneaky's is here to cater all of your March Madness game-watching, office lunches, birthday parties, home dinners, and everything else, so get in touch.  As always, your continued support is appreciated, and we hope you enjoy your week.

Tuesday, March 24th: pop-up service at Vinyl Wine and Coffee Bar (359 Divisadero Street, at Oak), 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Vinyl hosts their weekly trivia night.)

Wednesday, March 25th: pop-up service at Vinyl Wine and Coffee Bar (359 Divisadero Street, at Oak), 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.


Thursday, March 26th: Sneaky's begins a new, weekly pop-up at El Rio (3158 Mission Street, at Precita), 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  The menu will consist of BBQ sandwiches and tacos.  Be there.

Friday, March 27th: chilled deliveries to San Francisco, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Oakland,
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Here's this week's delivery menu:

Mains:
Pulled pork - smoked pork shoulder, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($14.00/pint)
Baby-back ribs - dry-rubbed and smoked ($25.00/rack, $13.00/half)
Brisket - dry-rubbed Creekstone brisket, sliced thickly from the whole ($20.00/pound)
Chicken - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($15.00/whole, $8.00/half)
Pulled chicken - air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed, smoked, and dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($12.00/pint)
Wings - whole air-chilled Mary's chicken, dry-rubbed and smoked ($11.00/half-dozen, $20.00/dozen)
Pork belly - dry-rubbed Kurobuta pork belly, smoked to perfection ($14.00/10-oz. [pre-cooked] piece)
Smoked jackfruit (vegan BBQ) - rubbed, smoked, and shredded jackfruit, dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($11.00/pint)
Smoked seitan (vegan BBQ)
- rubbed, smoked, chopped, and dressed in a thin, vinegar-pepper sauce ($11.00/pint)

Smoked tofu (vegan BBQ) - rubbed, smoked, and sliced ($12.00/pound)

Shells and cheese - homemade bechamel over shell pasta ($8.00/pint)
Baked beans - pinto beans in a tangy, sweet, spicy sauce ($8.00/pint)
Collard greens - sauteed in garlic and red pepper flakes, simmered to perfection ($8.00/pint)

Regarding deliveries: the food will be delivered chilled, with reheating instructions provided upon request.  Delivery will take place between the hours listed above, and will go to your home, office, friend's house, park, wherever you want, as long as it's in San Francisco.  Here's what you need to do: read the menu below, respond to this email with your order (ASAP), provide your planned method of payment, your delivery address, your phone number, and a 2-hour window for your delivery time.  I will respond to your email to confirm your order, and you will receive your delivery on Friday.  If there are any other important details, please let me know in your email.

Please note that each serving of meat will be accompanied by a small side of sauce, unless pints of sauce are ordered.  If you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to ask.  Feel free to forward this email to anyone who might be interested, as well as contact us about catering.  There might be an incentive in there for you.  Wondering how?  Well, read on.
